Inside the Process: From Sample to Bulk Production

Once your design and sample are approved, your order moves into bulk production. Here is what happens behind the scenes.
1. Pattern grading and marker making
The approved pattern is graded into every size on your size breakdown, and a cutting marker is planned to use fabric efficiently.
2. Printing and cutting
For sublimated garments, the printed transfers are pressed onto fabric before cutting. For other garments, fabric is cut first and decorated afterwards.
3. Stitching
Panels are sewn together with the seam types specified for the product — flatlock for comfort, overlock for stretch, reinforced seams where durability matters.
4. Decoration and trims
Embroidery, tackle twill, patches, labels and trims are applied at the right stage of assembly.
5. Quality inspection
Garments are checked against the approved sample for measurements, stitching, colour and print placement. Faulty pieces are pulled before packing.
6. Packing and export
Finished goods are folded, bagged and labelled to your packaging specification, packed into cartons and prepared for shipment with export documents.
